Narrowed it down to either of these. GHL Bullets or Corsa Touring Edition.

I am looking for a set up that will give a nice deep quiet sound ( sort of like the old flat head V8's with straight pipes and Hollywoods) for long distance touring with the boss and listen to tunes . But will also produce a nice sound at WOT . Not raspy .

Help

The exhaust you're looking for is the Corsa Pace Car.....trust me
The GHLs are a little on the raspy side if you ask me, and the corsa touring is barely louder than stock.

I agree with the above, get the Corsa Pace Cars. I have them on mine and they are music to the ears.

I have the 03/50th Anniversary also, in Vert . Can you carry on a normal conversation while touring with the Pace Car /Sport ? Hear music well at normal volume ? Love Road tunes . We often put on 300 to 400 mi/day and we are looking to do that without noise fatigue . No problem with the stock units over a 350 mi run this summer but they have no musical tone. John

Yes, they are aggressive when you get on it and conversational
when you are soft peddling it around town...

I recommend the Magnaflow system p/n 15713. I have them on my Corvette for 6 years now. It is noticeably louder than stock with a much deeper tone and nice throaty rumble. Really sounds great while shifting through the gears. With the Magnaflow system you do not get that motor boat sound that the stock exhaust and many of the other after market exhaust systems produce. I have had several different exhaust systems and the Magnaflow is my favorite.
Great looking large 4" polished tips with polished mufflers and polished pipes and a built in exhaust plate that keeps the tips perfectly aligned. Very nice quality and nice fitting exhaust.

Stick with the Corsa Pace Cars. Great sound on WOT and great for casual driving around or out on the road. Quiet when you want them with no annoying sound and mean when you kick it in the A$$. My .02 cents.

I love my Corsa Pace Car exhaust with the Corsa Daytona Tips. This exhaust is aggressive when you step on the gas but on the highway and cruising around they are just right not too loud at all. I agree that the Corsa Touring will probably be too quiet for your needs

Corsa Pace car's here as well.. Love em... although a few of my friends run the GHL's,,, those would be my second choice. then again, i am partial to my first.

Have touring, ok when you get on it, not much at idle, all 3 the same at crusing, no drone.

If you're looking for a "deep" sound, then I would recommend the GHL's. The Corsa systems have more of a high-pitched, exotic sound. Corsa is very distinctive sounding, but definitely not like a low V8 rumble from a Mustang.

Definitely, between the Corsas and the GHL Bullets, the Bullets would be more of what the OP is looking for. The Corsas will have a motor boat sound at idle and not have the deep quiet rumble that you want. I was looking for the sound that the OP desired and I ended up with Magnaflow after trying most of the other brands.

Almost everybody who has loudmouths complains about the drone.

Didnt mean to hijack but I have a 00 402 F1R with a huge cam. Problem is my exhaust is garbage. My choice would be corsa ( not sure the model, either pace or extreme) then GHL bullets. I want to hear my cam like top fuel. What do you think?
