c5 headligts
does any one out there know what the deal is when the headlights on 00 c5 turn on and pop up but when u turn headlights off lights go off but lights do not go back down any thoughts of what it may be thanks yall

1. Do you have HID lights?
2. Can you hear the light motors running when you turn off the lights?

nope the gears in the motors are fine no grinding lights just turn off but headlights dont go back down . any other ideas ?
