Has anyone been able to get a hold of them? Phone goes straight to voice mail. Last time I was able to talk to anyone was on 20 Nov. Since then nothing. I have emailed them also. I placed an order for a dual catch can on 6 Nov and still have not received it. Called on 20 Nov, and was told they should be getting some in stock soon from the painter and promised me a tracking number by December, but still nothing. When I did place my order, I was not told they didn't have any in stock. I'm ready to call my CC company since I was charged as soon as order was placed.

Well Friday came no tracking number. Monday came with email saying I would have tracking number Tuesday. No tracking number Tuesday. I call this morning, to cancel my order, and was told it went out Tuesday Fedex and could not cancel BUT FINALLY got a tracking number! Should arrive next Tuesday! OMG! Never again!

Isn't it amazing how a lack of simple, customer service "blocking and tackling" skills can hurt a business or its reputation?!
