Lookin good. But, if I may ask, why did you decide to keep the piece on the hood instead of continuing the clear bra? With those corner light black outs, you could really complete the look by painting your front screens or having them powder coated. Either way, the clear bra is a huge improvement.

However same question. A friend of mine installed his clear bra up onto the hood even with the rear of the pop up lights covers which were also covered.
Where did you get it? Put it on yourself? Was it pre-cut?
I can't mention names ,
The process was from what I was seeing was much like window tinting only clear and some what thicker , I only had the nose done cause ill be changing the hood over the next year , anyway yes I would agree that the car looks better without the bra ..
Looks very nice. I had the 3M clear bra on my DD but it tended to turn yellowish over time and was noticeable on a silver car, hopefully for your red Vette that won't be an issue. I have a silver Z and probably won't apply the bra because of past experience.

I think thats more an issue with certain brands, I have a friend with an '04 G35 Silver with CB and no yellowing at all. Almost 9yrs old and it looks great..
Is there anyone out there that has put a clear bra on themselves at home and can tell me what I am in for, tools and solution needed and just how hard is the pre-cut kit to put on. I am doing the nose of a 2013 only, not the headlamps, mirrors, etc
Man I hung around for a little bit to watch what the process was , if you feel like that you can do window tinting then you will be able to install the clear bra

I agree. It's right in the same ball park as window tinting. Not something that I personally have the patience for but I know some people that do and if you take your time, you can save some coin by doing it yourself. But if you screw it up, you've wasted even more money.
I bet if you search YouTube, there are probably videos on how to do it that would give a good idea.
