I have seen some nice CF components (side mirrors, spoilers, chin spoilers and side skirts) on black C5s that look awesome.

I have a torch red vert with a CF coming in the mail, alone it does look aftermarket, but I have CF corvette lettering, CF license plate, CF hood (like the one Dennis has on his vett) and CF exhaust plate so hopefully it will all look good together. I plan on eventually getting CF side skirts and the front CF spoiler so it should all work. I hope!

I was lucky to get a free replacement, but it took a lot of patience and persistent communication to win the claim. I touched up the corner myself and had it painted torch red. In the long run everything worked out but what a nightmare to get where I am now.
When you get all your CF pieces I am sure it will look great...be sure to post pics for us.footnote:

I had an aci first and loved it then someone hit me and messed it up so i decided to get a c-style cf spoiler from pete but after about a week decided it was not for me so i sold it and bought one like my first aci spoiler

Thanks guys its been about 8 years and im getting closer to were i wanted it to be but still not done. It aint easy working on the c5 and on a 76 stingray but ill get them both to were i want them to be some day
