Doing a Vararam install this winter on my '99 FRC. Probably going to throw the B&M shifter I have in there as well. Looking to crack 11s when the track reopens this Feb
Today... Splash guards... Yesterday painted lower rear valance... Last week, upgraded end links... Have had the car for almost 10 years and still having fun driving it and improving it!

Got a few projects to do after the first of the year while the car is in storage:
- install new front/rear custom C5 emblems
- paint and install body colored wiper cowl
- (Hopefully) get a custom painted hood insulator blanket
- install some LED lights in the cove area and tie into turn signals
New 390 with 900+hp and 20lbs of boost, no pics yet, motor is still at shop!
Wow....... wow.............
I decided on going with the heads first before SC. Just got the project underway today which means I have pretty much decided to keep this car long term. Probably have new numbers and video to share in a couple weeks. It's going to be one bad NA C5 Vert!

Your going to have to give the car a new name Randy

Her name is the Blue Angel based on the C5's jet looks, the fact that the car is Navy blue and tribute to service folks and the Navy Town where I have lived most of my life, Jax, FL.
My internet message forum handle was JaxEagle on some other boards before I came to CF so I just kept the handle. I wonder if I can change it?
Trying to decide if I want to install the Low Beam HID's that I ordered for Christmas. Seems like the more I read about the pro's and con's the more I'm leaning toward not installing them in my OEM light assemblies and returning them. Folks either love them or hate them. Not sure what to do.

A couple of down right neat ideas here. I have never thought of repainting the wiper cowl but it sounds like a very cool idea and the cove turn signals, very neat. Thanks for the help coming up with my next project.
I'm actually starting my perfomance mods this year.
Today i had a big grin when the UPS guy brought my SLP Loudmouth Catback. going to concentrate on the full exhaust first.
I'm in no rush to go crazy with mods but i'm sure it will get together in a timely matter.
