And to add, I believe the torch red optioned seats were all red whereas the mod red(ZO6)seats were two-toned.
In answer to your second question, I believe the "Mod Red" interior was only a Z06 option and the "Torch Red" Interior (as described above and with red seats - forgot to mention that earlier) was only available in coupes and convertibles.
when i worked at a chevy dealership right around when the 02-03 Z06's were coming out, its seems that the only ones i saw with the mod red interior were the z06 and that was very few..and not one coupe or vert with the mod red..or the red carpet setup
