Laser, I'm also thinking about new wheels. I like the grey but I guess I'm just paranoid that the grey won't hold up so I lean towards chrome. How's the grey holding up? Did you have the same concerns?
The grey is holding up great so far. I've had them for a year and they look the same as when I bought them. Funny thing though, it was the opposite for me as I was concerned about how the chrome would hold up lol. My stock z wheels were chromed when the original owner bought it and was starting to look a little jacked up (obviously older than 1 year though lol). Plus, the grey wheels don't look dirty as quick as chrome does
you are too smart for me .... damm no soul this time.
Haha! Hey thanks anyways.

Maybe post a "wanted" thread in the parts for sale section.
I appreciate it. Its actually going on a black FRC. I really wanted a hard top so I found one. Those wheels are nice but I want a solid color really.

Colors don't match front and rears. Supposedly they are always a different shade.

I actually looked on that site already. Didn't see what I wanted but they DO have good prices! If the black set were 19X11 I would probably buy them anyways and get them repainted and hopefully come out to the same price as just buying a set of comp grey (if I could find some). Are yous comp grey? They almost seem lighter

Mine are sort of a silver grey but they have a sheen in the sunlight. Sorry they didn't have what you wanted but if you decide on another type/color, you can't go wrong with them. I would do business with them again.
Can anybody tell me where I can get some C6 Z06 wheels in comp grey? Specifically in 18X9.5 (~+57mm) & 19X11 (~+64mm). Also if anyone has them on a Black FRC/Z06 please post a picture!
See Matt at corvettes of Houston (Tx) they will be replicas but he has them
Mid America has both chrome and black in 19x11 with C5 offsets. If you are willing to look at a repaint or powdercoat there an option.
Jim
Actually found comp grey on Mid America's site! You actually have to click the wheel and click check availability. They have 19X11 (64mm) which is right but the 18X9.5 are 50mm. I want 57. Wonder how 50mm would look.

I have 18x9.5 on the front with 265/35's. Not sure of offset but I'll try to snap you a pic as soon as I can.
Still no luck. I sent an email to another company (not a vendor) that had them in the exact size/offset/color this weekend. They said Monday that they are available but they would check to see the finish. Got a reply back today saying they were no good and they could strip and powdercoat them for 600 extra. Still wondering if anyone can show me a picture of 18X9.5 with 50mm offset in the front since Mid America carries them although they could be mismatched too for all i know.
