Except to be in Charleston, SC where I used to live. However, it's 61 degrees here near Detroit today and after several hours cruising with the top down, it's a pretty close second (maybe third or fourth).
Anyway, a warm winter day, a C5 and quality time. It's good to be alive.

In central Illinois it was raining Thursday and Friday so the salt is gone off the roads. It is only in the 40's here, but close enough to go for a long ride. I tried to savor it since the forecast is for snow again tonight which means I probably won't be driving it for a while.
Well, pretty crappy here in the NE... oh well... I learned very quickly in my first Vette that even though it may be warm here in the NE once in a while... the roads are still covered with a ton of loose winter crud... very easy to loose traction. But that was an '84 Z51 and had no kind of traction assist. Normally that car held the road like it was on tracks.... not quite that good that day. ;-)

It's 70F at 3 am here in Hawaii. Just got up to watch thunderstorms and the lightning show over the ocean and the computer drew me in. Looking forward to the C7 webcast this afternoon. I bought my first Corvette in Charleston, SC in 1972 when we lived down by Colonial Lake. It's been a love affair with Charleston and Corvettes ever since.
