I think the rims are part of the new Sesame Street edition. I believe those are Elmo rims.

As far as the light, who know what the situation is. Probably wasn't their first choice.

from what you can see the rest of the car looks pretty good. Maybe he is one of the very few who are not benefiting from our super heated, fully recovered economy and is forced to live with a tempory fix. Just be glad if you have the money to fix your car properly.Guys with broken side view mirror glass shouldn't throw stones.

its defiantly a temp fix, now if it was mounted to the painted headlight cover, i would say different, the 1st thing I did to my c5 was swap to metal gears, i had to wait for shipping and installing but didn't go that far with it
