I have the Cray Scorpion's (Black with Machined Lip) on my C5 Z06 and I get compliments on them every single time I have the car out.

I had them on my 04, which I crashed. I'll buy them for my 2013 Grand Sport when I need tires. Different size wheels than stock for the Grand Sport. The insurance co credited me more than twice what I paid on the 04. Everyone has stock wheels, but Cray wheels just stand out. Top quality. Now the lips are chrome, not polished. Way better. Love em...

Silver with machine face is the finish option in this pic.

Your car is really nice Dennis. Again, I think the Cray wheels are cost effective and are so good looking. My last rims had the machined lips. They scratched pretty easily. If I can't get actual chrome lips, I'll buy chrome rims and then have the centers powder coated black chrome.

Default Wheel weight?

I'm curious about the 'heavy' comments. I have chromed wagon-style on my 98 and wonder if an upgrade to the Crays (Scorpions specifically) would be heavier or lighter than what I have.

Personally I don't care for them looking at pictures of them. IMO they don't even look as good as knock-off factory wheels.

However I have never seen a set in person, so my opinion should be taken with a grain of salt.

Based on pictures though, if I wanted budget wheels I'd go with deep-dish and/or powder-coated stock-style reproduction wheels.
