I saw awhile back that Dennis at double d mods had a kit to convert my c5's radio to be able to play music via auxiliary. Does anyone know the link? I can't seem to find it on his website.
I found it on Amazon about 10 days ago for $35 shipped. I couldn't deny that for the price. I tried it out a little bit and seems like a pretty cool setup. I bought it so I could use my iPod 4th gen touch.

That's the same one I have. Has been working flawlessly for years.

Very much plug and play. You disconnect the wiring harness that goes into the stock deck, connect it to the adapter then connect the harness from the adapter back into the deck. Absolutely no cutting or splicing of any kind.
There's a couple of dip switches you set on the adapter one time.
If I knew how, I would figure out someway to allow use of the CD changer when nothing is plugged in to the adapter. I am sure there is a way to make a harness to do this, but probably not a market for it other than me.

wont happen with the PXDX or PXDP
you need to unplug the changer if using a PXHGM4 harness to connect to back of radio.
I bought mine from Dennis as well. I used it with my iphone 5 for a while and finally purchased/dedicated a used iPod touch to the car. Both work great.
Using wifi, iCloud and "iTunes match", music downloaded or installed on any of my devices, pc, iPad, iPhone or iPod is automatically installed on all of the others.
So while the Vert sits in the garage at night, playlists and songs are synced with the other devices.
