Not sure but I wouldn't go to a C6 clutch unless you go with an aluminum flywheel. Otherwise, I believe it is heavier than the C5 clutch setup.

Is it stock? Go with a replacement LS6 clutch. If you have any mods, go for the LS7. It's really that simple.

I have the LS7 clutch in my 03 Z06. They cost about $500 and handle considerably more HP than the LS6 setup. The flywheel is heavier than the stock LS6 setup. It is said that will make the motor tach slower, but I can't say that I notice a difference. Some say the heavier flywheel improves drivability with lumpy cam. Aluminum flywheels get expensive. The labor for the clutch replacement (regardless which one you get) is the most expensive part of the experience. If you do replace the clutch it's also a good idea to replace the slave cylinder. They are cheap and this can save you a pile of money if the old one wears out before your new clutch, as the whole deal would have to come apart again to replace it. Might as well do it while everything is apart.

I replaced mine with a Monster Stage 2 with the 18 lb billet flywheel. Great clutch a little more pedal pressure but light flywheel really frees up the revs. Was quoted $900-1000 to install it. Ended up doing it myself.

i have a Monster Clutch/Flywheel street series stage 1, basically a revamped LS7 clutch, with new throw-out bearing and slave cylinder if you're interested.
