C5 Wheel Question
I have a 99 C5 Vert with the stock wagon wheels.
I want to replace with new wheels I found.
Question:
Stock wheels are 17 x 8.5 and 18 x 9.5
New wheels are 17 x 9.5 and 18 x 10.5
Tires I am using are
245 / 45 / 17
275 / 40 / 18
By changing wheels size and keeping my current tire, with there be any problem?

I agree that as long as the offset is correct, those wheels will fit fine on your car - they are basically the same widths as the Z06 has on it. You can check with a resource like the Tire Rack on the compatibility of the tires with the wheel widths - 8VETTE7 is right on the front tires and you should also check the rears to ensure that their width will be OK on a 10.5 inch wide rim.
