If you're looking for the seat cover- any of the forum parts vendors including GM Parts House, Ecklers, Willcox and others have them.

What exactly is wrong with the seats? If just worn leather covers, there are a lot of options. Mid-America, Vette Essentials, factory ones, etc, are available. If other parts are bad, CQRT offers some good recommendations.

The guy just wants a factory skin for the drivers side... not a set of seat skins... any Gm dealer can get you just the drivers side sport seat skin, and can get you a new foam package for the drivers side.. if it like mine... my passesnger side seat looks good as it did the day I bought it 12 years ago...
