I got 57K from my last set of GY run flats. The rears still could have gone another 10K but the front's edges were toast. If you plan on going for high mileage you need to swap the tires side to side every 10K or get a less aggressive wheel alignment.

I got about 15K out of my original set of rear tires on my '00, fronts still had good tread left. Seems like the mileage you can get from the Goodyears is all over the place.
If they are the original tires, then I would be more worried the age over the mileage. I believe 6-8 years is the rated lifespan.
I got rid of my 10 year old Run Flats last summer and the car transformed beyond anything I can explain. Non run flats are the only way to go...I don't think anyone here would disagree with the performance and handling improvements, which in my mind outweighs the risk of dealing with a flat.
When I bought the 04 I drove them for 5,000 miles and got rid of the POS , worst tire ever made , I put new non run flats and the car rides light a vette not a noisy old tank .
My '03 had 23,000 on the original Goodyear tires and they were still street legal. Replaced them with Michelin AS/ZPs because of age factor. Much nicer ride with the Michelins.
Had about 20,000 on the original RF's. Noisy, harsh and no traction. I replaced them with NRF's and about 25000 later they are still excellent. Probably about 1/2 worn at this point.
My OEM tires lasted about 20,000 miles. I wish they had worn out sooner, as I replaced them with non-runflat Continental DW's. The car is now quiet and much more comfortable to ride in.

The tires are directional, so you shouldn't switch them side to side without dismounting them from the wheel and remounting in the correct direction. Too expensive and problematic. Just leave them alone and keep your tire pressure consistant and you'll get a lot of miles out of them.
I got about 23,000 on a new set of GY's. My C5 is a daily driver, so no harsh driving. Decided to go with Michelin run flats. Man what a better ride and still runnin'. And in good shape 25,000 miles later. Like I said trash those goodyears.

I had to replace one of my OE rear tires when it was cut by road debris, at around 2000 miles. The replacement tire wore at a much slower rate than the OE tires, to the point that my limited slip unit in the diff wasn't happy, so I replaced all 4 tires.
I went with the Michelin RFs, but in all honesty, I wasn't as "blown away" with the difference between them and the OE tires, as some people are....Just my $0.02 worth.
Any mileage you get from them is too much because it prevents you for that much longer getting replacement tires that will be infinitely better, reardless whatever tire you choose, as long as it's not a Goodyear RunFlat. Unanimously agreed upon to be the worst tires put on a Vette.
