I have the conversion on the passenger's seat of my '01Z. The back is taller than stock and it looks great. The big bolsters should help passengers stay in place on the track. I had a local upholstery shop install it because I didn't want to try to make the cover on the base look good with the pass thru for the 5 point harness.
I have their shell for the driver's seat, but haven't been to the track since I got it. I was planning on leaving the shell in for street use, but it is too hard for a senior citizen to get in/out of. I'll just install it for the track.
