So i got out of work late tonight and decided to hook up my ipod interface i purchased from double d mods. I hooked it all up but had no sound. i could not figure it out. I decided to email double d asking if they had suggestions and figured i would see a response tomm. I was shocked to see Dennis emailed me back . It was after 11 at night . He continued to email me till i got it working. Every step of the process from ordering to fast delivery to trouble shooting so late at night has made double d my number one choice for parts. I highly recommend them to anyone. Dennis is the man.

 

There is a lot more to selling parts than just selling parts at a fair price... its also the customer service that separates world class companies from Half assed companies.. Dennis sets the bar extremely high. That's why I also recommend him.

Yes, we need to remember that we MUST hold forum vendors to the same standards we expect from any business. Never confuse a business with anything else just because they chat on the forum. Its a business and ALL conflicts and issues should be resolved in the favor of the consumer. Nice to see Double D Mods is doind good business as I plan on a purchase soon.

Just an FYI for you and for everyone else.
In April we are adding another full time employee thanks to all of you supporting us. Donna's (my wife) niece Danielle will be starting and working daily putting more of our products we have to offer online for all of you. We have way more than just audio too and if its not on website just ask and we prob can get it for you
This will free up Devan some more to help me with returning emails and PM's quickly and offer the best customer service we can.

Also this summer we are looking to expand to a second location in Birmingham, Alabama. We will be setting up a place in the Birmingham area for complete install options for all our southern customers who want products installed but Wisconsin is just to far to drive. I have a really good friend and well known forum member here in 1FUNC5 who will be our install guy for all of you. Details on this will come later. Steven is currently available to do installs(did one yesterday) but at his house only as of now till I can get down there and find a nice shop to move into


Again we could not do this without all of your support and the least I can do is be there for everyone as fast as possible to help with anything or to simple answer a question.

I just installed (with The Wildcat's help) my Pioneer Z140 multi advanced receiver/GPS in my 2001 coupe, which Dennis sold me about a month ago. Talk about a fun mod, it is uber cool.

Yep Dennis is great...took my call(s) when I needed help with the installation of my Clarion Double Din. Helped me after hours to boot.
