on the way to work this morning my C5 vert with F45 suspension started making a whining noise every time i hit a bump in the road. sounds like its in the right rear area. additionally, if i touched the brake pedal the noise was constant. any thoughts?

this sounds like an air leak or a hydralic pump runnng. its only if i hit the brakes or a bump it also does it constant while in a turn. its definately not a wheel bearing noise, it does it sitting still when on the brakes.
frozen from the cold? it was 25 this morning. but why would it make the noise over bumps when not on the brakes?
I've had mine in the snow with temps of -1*F no brake issues in cold temps.
you could take the brake pads out and check the slider pins to make sure they're free. put some high temp grease on them for good measure.
are you sure it wasn't your struts? I guess that doesn't match with the noise during braking but F45 shocks do make whining noises over bumps when they are worn out.
