been cleaned long since that pic lol, dont matter, the entire drivetrain is being swaped
i just wanted to see if this thing was important or if i could delete it? what is its function

Mainly for emissions. Pulls excess vapors from the tanks and releases it into the intake. If it is missing, it will not pass in states with 'heavy' inspection procedures.

So basiclly i can remove it (my car wont pass emissions already) and will just get a cel?
