I have an '03 Z06 that I purchased in October of '11. I have started to do some under hood dress up and would like to replace the material that covers the hoodliner insulation.
I would like to use the same material that the custom embroidery shops, like CAR Motorsports, use but I can't find it anywhere online. Does anyone know what type of material this is and where I could buy several yards of it?
I have read how several owners have repainted their covers, but the damage to the black fabric on my cover it too extensive to fix with glue and paint.

Not sure what the material is made of, but if you just want a plain black hoodliner, why not just buy a new one from the dealer - I was quoted a price of around $130 from my dealer.
