Default Fast 90/92 or 102 setup

Does any company offer a complete kit?
Intake
TB
Seals
Fuel rails and lines
And neccessary hardware.

Instead of buying all the parts seperate?

No one really offers a complete kit but you can call a vendor and order everything you need from 1 place. I ordered all mine from Vengence. I ordered from for a couple reasons. Price at the time was as good with them as anywhere else and I also had them port it for me. They also offered services like having it painted but I did not do that. I used the Nick Williams TB because they had one with the c5 TB actuator motor instead of the c6 actuator.

What I ordered:

102 intake
102 Nick Williams TB
ls2 fuel rail
intake runner seals
fuel injector spacer kit

word of warning 102 is a pain to tune esp on a cammed car

Any time you add something that changes the air speed/velocity into your motor you "should" get a tune to adjust for it. You run the risk of running LEAN (too much air, not enough fuel). Getting it tuned will ensure that you get the maximum benefit from the modification as well.

You may also have to shim your cradle, or motor to get the 102 to fit. Common issue on C5's. That's why I went with a Fast 92/LS2 TB. I wanted to install it all myself in my garage. Fast 92/LS2 setups are cheaper as well since you can use the stock fuel rails. If you go Fast 102 You need to get different fuel rails, and likely a 102 TB to get full benefit from the intake.

You, sir, are correct! My engine setup most definitely required a 102mm TB to get the full benefit of my FAST 102mm intake. My tuner spent alot of time getting things right!

You don't need a 102 TB to get the full benefit of a 102 on a 346ci or 364. The TB isn't the choke point.

To get the full benefit of the 102, you need larger cubes, 400+ accompanied with the larger 102 TB.

Yes...

Previous dyno was with my old LS6 intake and LS6 TB. It was tuned.

Then I added Fast 92/LS2 TB and had it tuned again.

My new tune with my Fast was tuned more "conservative" than my previous tune. My previous tune had my AFR set to about 13. My tuner told me that with the added Ethanol in the gas it was "safer" to tune to an AFR of 12.6. So I may have left a few HP on the table, but its a safer tune. I'm still happy with the added gains. I got about 20 rwhp, and 15 rwtq as peak gains, and more importantly a gain across the entire RPM range.

I really love the way my FAST 102 intake works on my LS1. I have a "ported" and polished LS2 90mm TB, the FAST fuel rail system with stock injectors feeding Trickflow 215 CNC ported heads. My cam is the Tick Polluter with 612 lift. My car runs and sounds awesome and is a true thrill every time I drive it.
The key is the Tuner Shop. Tick Performance in Mt Airy, NC does an awesome job. If you're at all nearby, use them. You'll be very pleased!!!

in Colordao... Going to get a supercharger this month.
Then when I get bored with that, about 6 to 9 months I will get the fast 92/92 set up.

The FAST 102 is simply a better intake than the older Wilson designed 90/92. The only thing we had to do was remove the little xmas tree fastener on the cowl cover. Some people need to shim their cradle a little to get the intake to clear in the back and that's not a huge deal.

It is also a much better setup for modication just in case you want to change the runner length or the bell mouths on the individual runners. They work even better if you open them up to match a Nick Williams 107mm TB. Can't do any of that with the older intake.

I have been told several times that I will most likely need to lower the engine to
clear the hood. I don't understand why it fits on some Corvettes and not others.
But that seems to be the general consensus. The Fast Vendor even told me I would

Several shops have told me it isn't really a big deal with a super charger.
If I wasn't running a super charger it would be worth making the 102 fit.
For some reason, I have not researched why yet. The intake has a lot less
effect when running superchargers. I don't understand why that would be true
but I cannot agree nor disagree at this point in time.

Vengence did a test on a ported 102 vs ported 92 a few years ago on a Heads/cam 346ci C5and the 102 made 5rwhp more than the 92. The ported 90 dyno'd the same as the ported 92.

There have been some memebers on here than has switched from the FAST 90/92 to the 102 and have reported losses in power. It's all subjective.

So In conclusion, the additional costs of fuel rails, etc was not worth the 5rwhp gain.

IMO, You won't go wrong with either intake.
