Johnny O'Connell State 1 Install
I bought my Stage 1 shocks and sways for Jake over at Performance Corvettes. I got them in last week and put them on yesterday. And yes it drove "sweet". I have some photos attached of the install. If you are thinking of doing this, see the video on youtube, c5/c6 shock install and the job will be very much easier. When installing make sure you have two tools the lisle 20400, it is for your front shock towers, got mine at O'riellys, and zip ties. You will see in one photo the top of the front shock tower bolt and notch. The Lisle grabs the top notch so the nut can be loosen and removed. The ties are for compressing the old shock and new to get them into place.You would like any other photos PM me. Or look me up at the lone star corvette club weekend on the 18th. I will have the only white c6 convertible 4lt at the show.
