That would equate to an 8.82 inch backspace for a +59mm offset 12 inch wide wheel.
The wheel will fit, but depending on tire and how aggressive you take corners, and how low you are it could rub a little. If you are going to run a 335 wide tire then it will rub a lot, a 315 tire, not so much, maybe a little, maybe not at all.
1/4 inch spacer would do the trick for sure, although I dont think you can put more than 1/8" spacer on the rear without installing longer studs.
In summary:
yes they will fit, but may rub a litte depending on tire. 1/4 inch spacer or 5/16s should make it all good, but you will need longer wheel studs, which you have to remove the hub to replace (at least on the rear).
One thing I probably forgot, is what is the overall circumference of the tire you plan to use, if it is larger than stock, you may have rub issues as well (can be solved by running higher ride height in back).
Sorry... after looking back at "calculator" I saw that the wheel would stick out past the rear fender about 3/4". That's the answer I really didn't want to see... Oh well, so much for buying those wheels.
