Some good deals came thru the auction....

I'm still wondering if my wife and I were amongst the youngest there!

Had a blast though overall!
I'm headed up to run the Dragon a few times in the morning if it doesn't rain.

I know what you mean. It's getting harder for younger folks to get into Corvette ownership. Hell, it took me 30 years from the time I fell in love with the car.
For all the kids out there: Stay in school. Get a higher form of education. Work for your goals/dreams.

My four year old son and I were toward the rear of the pack on the cruise and still had a blast. I was driving the car in my avatar. I'm 33 and have been fortunate enough to be able to own several different models of Corvettes through the years. I felt like we were in the "younger crowd" lol

I'm glad you guys (and gals) liked the cruise. I do the best I can, but I can't fix st*pid. There's always someone that wants to lollygag thru the turns. Maybe I should say in the drivers meeting that if you intend to drive like my grandma (she's long gone) go to the back of the pack. I had several folks say they appreciated the fact that we actually did a bit of Corvette friendly driving on this one.

I'm 36 and she's 30...

Most of the crowd I saw there looked much older than 45 though....

It doesn't bother me, it's just an observation. And I was on the show car scene from my late teens, through my late 20's or more. I was on the import scene, so a totally different crowd.

I look forward to meeting many more Corvette owners, with hopes that the crowd livens up!

Yeah, you pulled up next to me Friday evening and revved it up. I distinctly remember, because I could tell you were our age and the boy in the passenger seat.

I have a 3 yr old son, a 6 yr ol daughter and a 9 yr old daughter.

I have a black C5 with chrome wagons..

I remember seeing your car. I remember the wagon wheels. My son loves this car. We had a really good time up there with everyone.

Matchstick, I remember seeing your car as well. Saw your son when you spun around in parking lot when we were lining up. Guess it wasn't as bad further back but I was 5 cars behind a truck full of baked beans! Next time lets not go past Bushes!

Yeah, bush's does have a foul smell. However there are only so many locales that we can use.

If everyone would stay close together, no one could get in between.

For some reason, there always seems to be someone in a C-4 that enjoys counting the flowers or something..
