There's the look I'm going for. Are those 18/19 standard widths?

yes...definetly lower it and move on up to 18/19's or 19/19...whatever you like. House of Wheels in Fl usually has some decent package deals. They also sell new lugnuts. Guy's name is Bob.

I got my car back today and drives awesome already! Getting it tuned this weekend then I should be good to go. Now I noticed the long tubes hang a bit lower than everything else. Adoes anyone else who have headers and lowered it and have scraping issues? At the point I'm not worried about the nose, I'm worried about dinging up them.

Now I just need new wheels and I'm done for a while. I'm looking for 18/19 c6 polished if anyone has any or know of a deal??

I've had problems with the flange on my AR headers scrape, but that was jsut from going over a pretty big speed bump. Next one I went over, I took it at an angle and had no problems. Just be careful and do your best to avoid dealing with potholes, speed bumps and and inclines like driveways. Some, obviously, can't be avoided, but do your best and you'll be fine. Here in Jersey most of the roads suck, so I'm always avoiding any imperfections in the road lol.

For wheels, I'd say to try House of Wheels, Corvette Central, or any of the vendors on here.

Have you looked at OEWheels ? They are also located in Florida.
They run wheel specials all the time. I got mine from there.

Yeah I've looked on there. The only 18/19 set in e c6 chrome is 18x9.5 then 19x10. Isn't that wider than usual on the front? Then also the offsets are different. They are 58 for fronts and 68 for rears. Will I need spacers for this setup? If not ill order very soon.

Is this the exact setup you're running?

I went with a Stock 04 Z06 size wheels and tires

Front 17"x9.5" 275/40 ZR17
Rear 18”x 10.5” 295/35 ZR 18

The backspacing was correct on these wheels.

I think the OP is smart enough that he did not buy his Vett to re sale it, at the end the price differance will never buy you the enjoyment he will have with it now. Can't buy lost time.
As to tires I run NT 555R and they are an excelent tire, the only problem is they are slicker than snot when real cold. Something you might consider living in PA. The v12's are inexpensive and I think are more of all weather tire.
