I have a 2004 zo6 13k miles. Ive put lg lt headers on a borla catback and a vararam intake also I have a diablo tuner the question I had is with just these bolt ons should I be worried about getting it Dyno tuned asap? It does blow lean codes here and there

Yes, you should be worried about running lean. Get it tuned, and don't go WOT again until you do. Just my $.02.
Put the Diablo tuner back on the garage shelf, and go get it tuned. At the very least, you can buy a mail-order tune from various vendors here. Should have a pretty good tune either way, but with a Vararam, you may still get the occaisional lean code. One thing that helps that, is a screen for your MAF. I don't remember if they (GM) went back to screened MAF until later, but you can get a very coarse honeycomb screen from Halltech that works the same way, and is pretty inexpensive.
If you install the Diablo "performance tune" it'll lean the car further, and you don't want that. If you're car is bone-stock, or just a CAI, the built-in perf. tune would be OK.
