Default Seat install

Looking to install new seats in the C5. I have, as you know air bags in the seats. My new ssats will not. How do I get around having a air bag light when the new seats are installed
Thanks
Dan

I honestly didn't know you had airbags in your seats..Really I didn't.

Even though my car has several airbags, none are in the seats. That being said, when I installed the Corbeau A4's in my car, I simply left the wiring unplugged and everything works just fine with no codes or lights.

Do you mean air bladders used for lumbar support and such? Not going to throw any codes by leaving those unplugged...

I have a windbag in my seat, but only when I'm in the car.

I have a question for you that does not include a air bag.
Do you have a tilt back rest and if so I hear that Corbeau has
the lever on the inside next to the console. How are you
working that?? Is there a trick- for operation-thanks-joe

OK ...you guys are right, there are no air bags in the seat. As far as the seat back recliner handle the ones I are looking at have the handle on the proper side.
Thanks for the help

Seats reversed, lever against the tunnel. It's a bit difficult to reach my long skinny fingers down to get to it but I can. Some people drill a hole in it and attach a loop of cord. I will also when I need to remove the seats sometime.

Thanks that's what I heard. Is there enough room between the seat
bottom and slider to run a rachet bar across the bottom of the seat??

Reversing the seats so the back rest lever is on the inside worked great. I am making a loop to attach to the handle. Although my son grabbed the seats to put in his C4....oh well they make more
