it's a chrome vinyl material and yes it's very expensive around $95-100 per sqyd. i am not aware of the release/waiver to be signed but it's possible every state has different laws on signs and vehicle graphics. the pic i posted is the chrome vinyl with digital printing for the color and when you print on chrome it makes the colors look metallic.
