Default Turbo install

I AM CONSIDERING AN STS TURBO FOR MY 2000 VERT.

Do they spool quicker than a super charger at low RPM's?

Can anyone suggest a "shop" that can do the install on the east coast?

Any comments would be appreciated; thank you.

Go to the STS site, lag is not an issue. The only think I would ever be concerned about is if a Cat ever threw out a chunk of catalyst and a turbo at it.

I highly recommend that you give the guys at ECS ( http://www.eastcoastsupercharging.com/ ) a call. They're one of the best shops on the east coast for FI (turbo and supercharger). They're real friendly and are happy to answer questions.

Spool isn't an issue when sized correctly. the rear mount system works.
It all comes down to your power goal and what youre willing to sacrifice

I have an STS setup. There is a small amount of lag compared to a blower but phenomenal torque when they hit. Plus the turbos sound really nice spooling up.
Wrapping the exhaust helps a bit.
Im at 10# 3000-3500RPM
