With spring here I thought I should pull the car out of storage and start my DD install. The bezel was shipped out by Dennis about month a ago and have been itching to get this thing started. I am very pleased on how it is looking up against the other Mod Red interior parts now that I have had a chance to get it in the car.
I will post up some shots when it is completed.
Looks great! Im still waiting on mine. Hopefully in the next couple weeks! What did you use to remove the 2 bars in the dash? did you get a right angle drill in there or did you use a sawzall or something?

I started with a tight right angle drill attachment and that was pretty slow, so I pulled out my die grinder and put on a round burr.....it went though the aluminum like butter.
looks really good
I just did mine a few weeks ago.. Just a Hint.. I put 10 degrees negative angle on my screen... so I did not get any glare from the back window.. it made a big difference in my daytime Navigation . Initially, I made it perfectly vertical, and there was too much glare.
