Odometer question
Just a quick question here for a bill of sale: is the odometer in my 2001 coupe 5 digits or 6?

Look at it and write down what is shown, The max is 999,999

What I meant was: will the odometer register 5 digits or 6? Currently shows just 5 digits with NO zero preceding the mileage of 70,000.

I answered your question. 999,999 = 6 digits. Or is that not what you are asking?

Okay, thanks, Mr Bill. Just needed to know for the title transfer as it asks whether a 5 or 6 digit odometer.

It will show 6 digits. But unless you have over 100K miles on the car, only 5 digits will show up.
