C5 plus Cx ?
Yesterday I bought a C3 that is in between a barn find and a basket case. It has been in a barn for 10 years it is a 77 L-82. It is in ok shape just needs some love and fiberglass work. The engine and trans are correct to the car. I will post some pics when I get it back to the house.
Just wondering who else has another generation in there stable in addition to the C5!

I
wish ! I'd like to see a '69 or '70 C3 'Vette next to the C5. Trouble is, I don't know which (or both) would go to my wife after the settlement.

Unfortunately just a C5 in the garage for me. Congrats on the find and best of luck restoring the car.

I am on second wife, have a solid PRENUP and she actually picked this car so we can work on it together, end result is that she can drive it.

That's a great gift - wow!
I would love to have a steel bumper C3 (a '67 is a bit out of the question at present). I have considered trading my C5 for a C3 but I don't think I'd be happy without my C5. My dad has a '75 vert so that is a little consolation for me

Hey Oldschoolvette,
Your going to love having that C3 next to your C5 when you get it on the road.
I'm currently working on my coupe in the back of the garage. Trying to find a good picture of it.
Here my 04 z06 and my 70 convertible. I enjoy driving them both.
I'm currently installing the complete rear end back in the coupe. Hopefully will finish that job by next week.

I do, but its more along the lines of your barn find....hasn't been on the road in 10+ years....I've been toting it with me everywhere I move...but I do run it every week or two...
Same as what you found: 1977 L-82 42k mi, 4 speed, p/w, rear defrost, gymkahana suspension, sport mirrors, a/c (not working), TT steering wheel, aluminum wheels and convenience package, alarm...
