Yesterday I reprogramed my wheel sensors, everything whent off without a hitch. the problem is that the DIC that shows what the presure should be does not show it. I get the Left front, R.front and so on, but the tire presure does not come up. do I have a problem?. THANKS. GINO

I don't believe they were programmed correctly if they are not showing up... What year is your car?

Default To relearn the sensors:

1. Turn ignition to ON position, with engine off
2. Press and release RESET button on the DIC to clear any messages. (door ajar etc.) close the door.
3. Press and release OPTIONS button until display is blank.
4. Press and hold RESET for approx. 3 seconds.
5. Press and release the OPTIONS button until the message "TIRE TRAINING: is displayed.
6. Press the RESET button until you get "LEARN LEFT FRONT TIRE"
7. Starting with the left front hold the sensor activation magnet (OR any magnet will do) over the stem until the horn chirps........... If it does not recognize it after about a minute turn the ignition off remove the key and start over...
8. Repeat Step 7 from the remaining tires working to the right front, right rear and left rear respectively in clockwise order.
Again if it doesn't work for one of them you have to start over.
9. Turn the ignition to the OFF position to exit the learn mode.

Once it is all done you can scroll through the GAUGES button on the DIC to see your current readings...

I hope this helps...

Once they all beeped working from the left front did you remove the key to finish out the sequence?

You need to actually drive the car for several minutes to complete the process.

The car needs to be driven for a few miles for the tire presures to accurately register . . .you've got the sensors talking to the car - - driving to get the pressures to register is the next step.

yeah cause doesn't the software report the pressure the last time it was driven, not as it sits? Which actually would say that you could have a flat in your garage and the gauge could read 28psi?
