Suspension rake...
Cars lowered all the way down on stock bolts and just isn't low enough in the front. Can I cut the front bushings down without replacing the rear with longer bolts?

Can't answer the question. I can say this. I like Black Vettes but it is probably my least favorite color for Vettes. I am not a fan of black wheels. I think your car is one of the baddest C5's I have seen. I need to post that photo over on that thread titled "You can't post a pic of your own car."
