This is my first post on the thread and all I really want to say is Tick Performance is incredibly bad at refunds. It is confirmed that Tick received my returned master cylinder and a speed bleeder on Feb 22. I didn't even take anything out of its packaging, i just decided i didn't want to install the part. Its been well over a month and I haven't even received any responses to my emails. Anyway, don't buy from Tick unless your 100% sure your gonna use the part and if someone from Tick sees this hurry up with my money.
Sounds like he has emailed them. I have no axe to grind with this vendor, but personally if you don't respond to customer emails, especially with this kind of issue then you really would not be a vendor I would want to deal with. There are alot of great vendors who service their customers consistently well.
I have been lucky I have used this vendor and--- no problems
but that being said what if I had a problem????
Makes me wonder. Tick better step up to the plate.
Thanks for all the replies guys. Im not 100% sure what my next step should be so any thought on that would be great too. I've already called and emailed several times, but I think they're based in North Carolina so going to speak to them in person is within reason. And sorry for not knowing my acronyms but what does "pcu...b4tl" mean?
