Last week I was at my county clerks office transfering my new to me 98 Targa into my name, and it came down to picking a plate, I picked a black friends of coal plate, cause my tails and reverse lights are blacked out. Any ways I was thinking with all the specialty plates ky offers why not a corvette plate? I mean they build em here! Lets start a petition or something!
