[Z06] Spark Plug Gap

Spark Plug Gap
I know the old spec was .055 I know the TSB says .040 I have a larger than stock cam (Torquer V2)... what should I gap the plugs at? I have them at .055 now and it seems a little flat on throttle response. Any suggestion here?

depends on the timing on your map and the heat range of plug. general rule is small gaps are less likely to detonate but leave a hp or two on the table
