OT: Quick 4 door sedan
From time to time, I've seen posts about having to get rid of a Vette for more of a "family" car. For those of you that are facing (or may be facing) that issue, you might want to take a Hyundai Genesis R-Spec for a test drive.
We needed a new vehicle to haul grandchildren in, and I did a lot of searching. Ended up with this:
It's quiet, comfortable, has decent handling, good (great?) brakes, large rear seat space, AND a 429 hp V8 in front with the drive wheels in back (as God intended). Low 5 seconds to 60 mph and a 155 mph top end (governor limited) so it scoots when the accelerator is pressed.

Thanks. I posted it here as I never go to the OT section---------------and I suspect others rarely do either.
By the way, the price is right on the Geneses compared to other 4 door cars that come close to its performance.
