Help tire question

I'm running 305/25/20 nitto invos. Was wondering if it was ok to switch to 315/35/20 tires? The 1st sets total height is 26 inches while the 2nd set measures 28.6. Would this cause a problem? I don't want to switch rims. Thanks for ur help.

I am currently researching the height limit on some drag radials and from what i've learned 26" is good and 28" is too tall, will hit inner plastic wheel well.

Thanks. Does any tire company make a good sticky drag tire in 305/25/20? I can't find any at all. They would all be too tall.
