Default Tune help

I have an 02 Z with 94,000 miles. Original spark plugs/wires and original brakes front and back. Just now ready for brakes in the front, backs still looking ok. I guess I don't stop much?
I have noticed horrible gas mileage lately, like 10 miles per gallon, although it is telling me I am getting better its wrong! Will new plugs and wires fix that??
Also when I go ***** out 1st - 2nd and 3rd the clutch instead of engaging near the top engages about half way? Is that a Hydraulic issue or a clutch issue? I do suck out the old and replace every 2 weeks when I drove it a lot.
I have retired it from a daily driver to a garage queen but with the mileage I am getting its tough to drive it anywhere especially in Phoenix as it is an hour to get anywhere and the way it is running that's a half tank!
Any advice from his forum is welcome!

when was the fuel filter last changed?

when were the primary o2's last changed?

plugs and wires might still be okay. i changed mine at 90k and they had more life left

fuel filter and o2's are the prime culprit in reduced mpg

fuel filter is on the frame rail right in front of the drivers side tire. you can't miss it. nice silver can in the fuel line.

you need wix part number 33737 which is $34.46 shipped at amazon

you also will need a 3/8 or 5/16 fuel line tool, forgot which one i used

your o2's are like $25 each at rock auto for OE denso, you just need the two upstream ones which are what control fuel trim

all this stuff with rock auto shipping and the fuel line tools will cost about 100 dollars and take 1hr to install at most
