Your marker MUST reflect your Corvette Forum id or it WILL BE DELETED! This is intended for CF members only. You may also only have ONE map marker.
Boy, I'm at a loss. No one else has had any issue. It can't be a popup blocker issue. The map just loaded fine for me and I placed a marker. I tried Firefox, Pale Moon, and IE <shudder> and they all worked ok.
There have been other markers added this evening as well so I suspect something at your end but I don't know what. The site starts to load so I doubt if it's a firewall issue.
If you bring up your popup (click on your marker name in the list on the left) then click on your blue marker name it should bring up a popup and have a delete box on the bottom of it. If not let me know and I'll delete it for ya.
As for adding your new one, that should work the same as before.
There were recently a bunch of map markers added by folks from France who did NOT have a Corvette Forum ID as the marker name. They also had no contact information for any of them so I had no choice but to delete the markers.
If your marker was one of them please feel free to add them back but include a VALID Corvette Forum id as the marker name as the map is intended to be used by forum members only.
Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience.
As for cars being stolen - that's pretty funny. Thanks, I needed an early morning laugh.
No problem, I just hate to nuke ids. I always check first to see if there's a contact email filled in and if there is I email the person. Unfortunately, most don't put any contact info at all in the details section so my only choice is to delete the markers.
I'm glad that you'll be able to get the information to them.
