P 0455 code with check engine light

Default P 0455 code with check engine light
The code P 0455 H C does not show up in any of the DIC code lists I've checked. Does anyone know what it represents. My vette is a 2004...LS 1 with a Blackwing air filter and a Diablo Sport performance program upgrade. Can someone Please help me. Thanks...J. R.

I believe it's fuel system related - check/replace the gas cap would be my first thought.
