The black wheels, need something. I understand new tires and not enough money for new wheels, but they do take away from the car.

Not quite my style. I just like the red and black contrast.
The plastidip to cover over the peeling chrome is a good idea, but I like jcsperson's idea to try the silver metalizer plastidip over the black. It would add some definition to the wheel to make it stand out better.

Im going to give it look. So far I've got a lot of compliments on the street. It looks pretty mean.
I just did this to my stock z's. It looks better in person than in the pictures and I wasn't a black wheel guy. You made the right choice. That's the only way to make wagon wheels look cool.
