Decided to clean behind my tail lights today. The crap just kept coming and coming off. Looked like a beach back there...

Yeah, I do that once or twice per year. I try and put a little wax there also so things don't "stick" as easily.

Now what you do while the lights are out is drill a 1/8 inch hole in the very back bottom of each for it to drain..

Its amazing what dirt and gunk is hidden behind the panels. Have cleaned that area on mine once or twice and was surprised at how dirty it got, even when not driving in wet weather.

I put some weatherstrip around the lights & it seemed to help some but still get dirty. Good idea to use some wax in there while the lights are out.

I moved my lights out flush...took twice as long as i expected to get the whole area cleaned first...lotta.prop wash off the tail aero i guess.
