I have a big top end cam (RapTR Cam236/242 .615 .615 111LSA) Trickflow 215cc heads milled to 59cc and exhaust, etc etc.... I am seeing guys getting 1.60's! in c5's! How? is wheel hop an issue? Whats the tricks/parts i need..? I know my car has the potential of 11's I just need to get a good sixty.. just want some tips of what to do without breaking anything..

Repetition is your best tool.
Don't race the car next to you. Let them leave and just drive your car accelerating to the edge of traction.
Good luck with the not breaking things part.
Are you getting wheel hop? Wheel hop is VERY bad and can lead to breaking several expensive parts. IRS does tend to wheel hop, there are some aftermarket pieces that will help minimize this. It includes:
1 Need stiffer springs
2 DTE Trans/Diff Brace
3 PFADT transaxle mount ( expensive for what it is)
4 coilovers... $$$$ wow

I heat my DRs with a good 7 thousand rpm second gear burnout, then
stage at 4000-4200. I slip yet release the clutch quickly and evenly.
Not exactly dropping it but consistently releasing it while squeezing the
throttle. Ranger has a launch thread that I've tried to emulate but have
only managed a 1.76 sixty en route to an 11.87 @ 119.85.....still with
the stock clutch and 3.42s out back. I need alot of work yet. Your mph
indicates that you have 10.90- 11 oh potential but even with a " don't
wanna break ****" launch I could see 11.20s- 11.30s easily. GL2YA

have a friend video the launch and the study and break it down, see what the car is doing consistently and then work to fix that
separate the car issues from the driver issues and work on them individually
talk to the bank about a small personal loan to buy parts for your broken car. (I know its not broken yet)
but it will be and the next round of mods will be expensive supercharge it, that kind of thing
