I believe WCC: West Coast Corvettes, CCA Custom Corvette Accessories, DD Mods, American Hydrocarbon and a few others offer custom painted pieces. But it depends on how "Custom" you are looking for...

Also places like Mid-America and Ecklers sell pre-painted engine covers. Or if you really want some custom artwork under the hood, try looking on the Airbrush Inc. web site. Steve Ray does some outstanding paint work.
