My car has 95,000 miles and I replaced the transmission fluid and rear diff fluid with Amsoil, did the plugs and wires whenever I put my headers on, whenever I put my new clutch in I replaced all hydraulics and did the rear main seal since I was right there. I also put in a underdrive pulley so I put in a new front seal too, since the steering rack had to come out to do that I drained all of the fluid out of that and the pump and when I put everything back together I filled the power steering with Amsoil. I also bled the brakes and filled with all new fluid. Fresh Mobil 1 every 3,000 miles keeps the motor clean. This car runs better now than it ever did!

Keep the oil changed and clean -

Head Up -

And Right foot down -

What all is done to it right now?

I would say "IF" you have not already, do the following for "MAINTENANCE" : (Performance suggestions is another thread )
(1) NGK TR-55 plugs
(2) MSD Wires
(3) Catch Can (keeps the floor of the manifold clean from oil, yes there is some on there and it does make its way to the runners and cake it up )
(4) Pull T/B and clean and clean in as far back as possible the manifold floor
(5) Bleed/flush the brake fluid all the way through the ABS unit to each corner till it is clear - this is the best tool to use for the C5 http://www.mamotorworks.com/corvette...-115-5597.html

Thanks,Matt

Good list and just check all the other normal maintenance items. If you haven't changed the plugs and wires, might want to do that too.
