Great Day
Had a spectacular day on Saturday with the vette. My wife and I took it to a picnic for the Newcomer's Club along Wataugua Lake. Beautiful spot for a picnic and everyone loved the vette. Then off for a drive. Headed up to Mountain City here in TN and then took route 421 over to Bristol area. A great road, plenty of curves and some straights to let the stomach settle a bit. Saw tons of crotch rockets and cruisers but not one Corvette. I was surprised since it was such a nice day. Anyway, back home to Johnson City from Bristol. Just a great time all day. My wife was apprehensive about 421 since we had taken it in our Hyundai Elantra last year and she felt really nauseous but was willing to give the vette a chance. She felt completely at ease with the vette due such comfy and supportive seats.
