Tires and Traction Control.
I have an 03Z06 with the stock speedline Z06 rims currently on the car. I need stickier rubber because I cannot hook up, at all. Im putting down just under 500 to the wheels. After some research I have decided that I want to go with the NT05R. My stock tire size for the rear is 295/35/18, I'd like to put 305/35/18 on the back for a little bit wider of a tire but the NT05R's closest tire size is 305/45/18. Is that going to be a huge sidewall compared to my 35? I know it's meatier but does it look ridiculous? Also what size do I need to go with up front so that my car is well balanced and doesn't mess with the traction control. If anyone has any pics with stock Z06 rims with 305/45/18s in the back that would be helpful too. All of your help is greatly appreciated.

35 to 45 is significantly taller IMO
With 500rwhp you should be ok with the NT05r in the 295/35/18
You should be more than fine. If the 305 is what makes your pickle wiggle, than the 555r would also be adequate again IMO.

295/35/18 = 26.1" dia.
305/45/18 = 28.8" dia.
They are really tall.
